Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work effectively under stress and pressure
- Strong listening and conflict resolution skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Willingness to serve guests with hospitality
- Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must clock in/out punctually
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out from shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills

- Desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Ability to clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Ability to provide sufficient notice for call outs as directed by supervisor
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests happily with a smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed with a nametag and smile
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional role
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and folding linen
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in storage rooms and public spaces
- Maintain all areas well-organized and clean
