Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively under stress and pressure
  • Strong listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Willingness to serve guests with hospitality
  • Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must clock in/out punctually
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out from shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to serve all guests
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to arrive and clock in on time for every shift
  • Ability to clock in and out for breaks at designated times
  • Ability to provide sufficient notice for call outs as directed by supervisor

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Support groups and events at the hotel
  • Answer incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
  • Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet guests happily with a smile while cleaning
  • Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed with a nametag and smile
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional role
  • Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and folding linen
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in storage rooms and public spaces
  • Maintain all areas well-organized and clean
