Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to adhere to cleanliness standards
- Must be physically fit to perform cleaning tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
- Must have valid driver's license and proof of insurance if applicable
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle guest requests professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and hotel standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Pick-up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily
- Proceed to laundry area to pick up assigned cart and necessary supplies
- Avoid making excessive noise in guest room areas
- Clean check-out rooms first except for special requests
- Report Do Not Disturb rooms to superior for approval
- Change sheets in every room daily unless specified otherwise
- Continue cleaning rooms observing Do Not Disturb signs
- Clean rooms according to established procedures and return cart at shift end
- Carry out reasonable requests by management
- Be flexible with work schedule
- Report to work on time in proper uniform including name tag
- Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and updates
- Understand guest service scores and guest comments
- Handle duties according to hotel policies and procedures
- Be familiar with emergency procedures and respond accordingly
- Report unusual occurrences to manager
- Assist fellow associates to improve hotel operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Hold a valid driver's license and proof of insurance if applicable
