Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- good communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to work cooperatively with diverse team members and residents
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- ability to read write and comprehend English
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- knowledge of cleaning protocols infection control fire prevention and safety measures in long-term care are highly valued but not required training will be provided

- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms
- ensure cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms kitchens and common areas
- dispose of trash and waste
- monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment
- respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
- operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines vacuums etc
