Job Requirements
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
- Capacity to adapt to changing resident needs and community standards
- Reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties
- Good communication skills for reporting resident concerns
- Physical capability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Presentation of neat and clean appearance
Job Qualifications
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with residents and staff professionally
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and infection control standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude towards customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas
- Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- Exhibit positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist
- Adapt and respond flexibly to changing resident needs while respecting residents' rights
- Demonstrate personal initiative and complete work without constant supervision
- Communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
- Present a neat and clean appearance
