Job Duties
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
- Deliver guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above
- Perform room cleaning tasks including stripping units, removing trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly following established procedures for safety and efficiency
- Immediately report any Lost & Found items following established protocols
- Foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
- Perform other duties as assigned contributing to the overall success of housekeeping operations
