Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
- Change bed linens, defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, and maintain adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using onsite laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals, clear and sanitize tables, and assist with food storage
