Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Strong guest focus and customer service skills
  • reliability and dependability in completing housekeeping tasks
  • motivation and initiative to be your best self every day
  • attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
  • prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required)
  • completion of training with certification sign-off
  • ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
  • willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
  • ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling
  • strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms
  • clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart
  • self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion
  • practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates
  • perform other duties as assigned
