Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions
- Availability to work the day shift from 7am to 3:30pm
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with elderly residents and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Cleans resident apartment homes including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, disinfecting, washing windows
- Empties trash, waste, and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area
- Assists care staff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and common spaces
- Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for residents and families
