Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent experience
- minimum of six months experience providing professional floor care and/or operating machinery
- ability to speak, read, and understand English
- demonstration of English language ability
Job Qualifications

- ability to speak, read, and understand English effectively
- preferred IICRC certification for floor care technician and carpet care technician
- at least two years experience as a housekeeper in a medical setting
- ability to follow specific instructions
- capacity for repetitive physical activity
Job Duties
- maintains hard surface and carpeted floor areas throughout the hospital and ancillary buildings
- follows floor cleaning schedules
- operates cleaning machines
- performs routine floor maintenance including cleaning and burnishing
- conducts project cleaning activities such as steam cleaning and deep cleanings
- manages construction follow-up cleanings
- ensures compliance with hospital safety and cleanliness standards
