Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • May be required to move furniture
  • Flexible schedule willingness
  • Commitment to providing compassionate service to seniors

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Handle physical tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, and standing for extended periods
  • Move furniture as needed to ensure thorough cleaning
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
