Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living environments
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, carry and stand for long periods
- must be able to move furniture when required
- flexible availability to work various shifts
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying and standing for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- cleaning resident rooms and common areas
- maintaining cleanliness of hallways, restrooms, and dining areas
- dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- disposing of trash and recycling
- replenishing supplies such as linens and toiletries
- reporting maintenance issues to appropriate staff
- ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
