Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • at least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living environments
  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, carry and stand for long periods
  • must be able to move furniture when required
  • flexible availability to work various shifts
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying and standing for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • cleaning resident rooms and common areas
  • maintaining cleanliness of hallways, restrooms, and dining areas
  • dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • disposing of trash and recycling
  • replenishing supplies such as linens and toiletries
  • reporting maintenance issues to appropriate staff
  • ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
