Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the Community and individual resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, change bed linens, maintain linen supplies, and empty waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning focusing on carpets, windows, railings, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests and serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts, bus and clear dishes, and reset tables according to food service guidelines
- Complete side work such as replenishing sugar holders and cleaning coffee makers
- Perform other duties as assigned
