Job Requirements
- Education level not specified
- Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to maintain cleaning standards and follow safety procedures
- Good physical stamina for cleaning tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to assist with food service duties if required.

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning main entryway and common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and maintain linen supplies in apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments including carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at tables, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Review menus, take resident orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with storage of perishable items
- Bus and clear dishes from tables promptly and sanitize tables and chairs
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned.
