Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- capable of physical tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- pass background and drug screening as required by company policy

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Cleans the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- completes assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- replaces all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- reports room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fills the housekeeping cart/caddy with necessary supplies/chemicals, transports the cart/caddy to rooms, and returns it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follows all company policies and procedures, reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contributes to team goals
- always follows company policies and safety procedures
