Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- meet health requirements including tuberculosis screening
- ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation
- willingness to work flexible hours

- good physical stamina for cleaning tasks
- reliable transportation to work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to work well with elderly and under stressful or emotional conditions
- good verbal communication skills in English
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- clean residents' apartments and common areas
- follow cleaning schedules and instructions
- adhere to infection control, food-borne illness prevention, chemical handling, fire safety, and sanitation procedures
- submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director
- report unsafe or hazardous conditions within the community
- maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner
