Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience preferred in hospitality or related consumer-facing roles
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Capacity to handle stressful and high-pressure situations effectively
- Proficient listening and conflict resolution capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to hospitality and attentive guest service
- Willingness to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must reliably clock in and out on time and adhere to scheduled work hours
- Ability to provide adequate notice for shift absences
- Physically capable of performing duties involving stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions and lifting
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures

- Strong communication skills for clear information conveyance
- Desire to serve and provide excellent hospitality and guest service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in on time and adhere to scheduled work hours
- Ability to clock in and out for breaks as scheduled
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events held at the hotel
- Use relevant technology effectively for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep all front and back of house workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, and storage as needed
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Execute additional cleaning projects as assigned including laundry and deep cleaning
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare accurate shift handover reports for effective communication
- Maintain a clean, approved uniform and professional appearance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, willing to exceed traditional role responsibilities
- Collaborate with all team members to create a positive environment for guests and staff
