Job Duties
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
- Deliver to guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90 percent or above
- Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
- Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols
- Foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as necessary
- Other duties as assigned to support housekeeping operations
