Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping experience is an asset
- ability to stand, bend, and lift as required by housekeeping duties
- must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- Clean assigned apartments and common areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- maintain apartment and community cleaning schedules
- follow apartment cleaning specifications set forth in the policies and procedures manual
- collaborate with the housekeeping team to uphold cleaning standards
- report maintenance issues as observed during cleaning
- ensure cleaning supplies are used responsibly and restocked as needed
- maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff
