Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Physical capacity to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and lift 25-35 pounds intermittently
- Willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to work without direct supervision

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean following established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Work weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays, as required
