Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree GED
- must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
- achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
- deliver guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines
- perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
- utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
- immediately report any lost and found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction
- foster a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
- perform other duties assigned contributing to the overall success and excellence of housekeeping operations
