Job Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods

- Demonstrated compassion and care for elderly and disabled individuals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies including paper products, soap, and other necessary items
- Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily to foster a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness standards and safety protocols throughout the facility
- Report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions promptly
- Assist with organizing cleaning materials and equipment
- Support other team members as needed in daily housekeeping tasks
