Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week
- ability to work from 8am to 4pm
- experience providing cleaning services
- must communicate in English
- must be reliable and caring
- must maintain a positive demeanor
- must respect elderly residents
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning services in restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, hospitality or similar industry
- experience working with a senior population preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to communicate in English
- pleasant and courteous demeanor
- adaptability to different personality types and situations
- reliability, caring and positive attitude
- respect for the elderly and ability to remain calm
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident apartments
- clean restrooms and common areas
- maintain office and surrounding areas according to housekeeping standards
- provide friendly and professional service to residents, families, guests, and team members
- support the Director of Housekeeping as needed
- work according to established cleaning guidelines
- ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
