Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during workday
- Willingness to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Contribute to a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
