Job Requirements
- Equivalent to completion of two years of high school education
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend throughout the shift
- Capability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Effective communication skills to follow verbal and written instructions
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities or information as requested
- Assist in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
- Work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays as business needs require
