Job Requirements
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds during work shifts
Job Qualifications
- Completion of two years of high school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Physical stamina to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, and pushing
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experience through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for all team members and guests
