Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
- follow verbal and written instructions accurately

- good physical condition to carry out cleaning tasks
- high school education or equivalent knowledge
Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for guests and staff
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms spotless in accordance with established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and courteous attitude
- contribute to a positive work environment for all team members and guests
