Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work a full 8-hour shift standing or walking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred
- Open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Able to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) standing or walking with or without reasonable accommodation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and think about how work impacts them
- Honest and dependable interactions to build confidence in self and others
Job Duties
- Prepare all assigned units for guest arrival
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner
- Report any maintenance problems
- Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearance
- Assist management in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by housekeeping management
