Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at scheduled shift ending time unless otherwise directed
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Must be able to perform essential physical functions including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work together with the team to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events within the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls warmly using approved greeting
- Keep all front and back of house workspaces clean and organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests while cleaning with a smile and by name if possible
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and timely each shift
- Provide accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform with nametag and smile
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Be willing to go beyond traditional role responsibilities to meet business and guest needs
- Collaborate to create a welcoming and positive workplace
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms
- Assist with storage, public spaces, laundry, and deep cleaning projects as assigned
