Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, change bed linens, check heat system filters, and maintain linen supplies in resident apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and common areas concentrating on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens washing and drying in laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Review the menu, take resident orders, serve meals and desserts, return cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishables
- Bus and clear dishes, sanitize tables and chairs, vacuum carpets, and complete side work such as replenishing sugar holders and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
