- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods
- ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

- previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
Job Duties
- clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- restock supplies such as paper products and soap regularly
- engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff to foster a welcoming environment
- meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- work cooperatively with team members in a fast-paced setting
- manage multiple cleaning tasks efficiently
