Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- ability to work full-time hours
- physical ability to perform housekeeping and serving duties
- strong interpersonal skills
- dependable and punctual
- ability to follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- general knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- strong organization and time management skills
- basic computer skills
Job Duties
- provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments
- clean and defrost refrigerators as needed
- change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on entryways, carpets, and windows
- launder linens using provided facilities
- greet residents and guests while serving beverages and meals
- bus and clear tables following proper sanitizing procedures
