Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of high school education or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates
- May assist in laundry or cleaning public spaces when needed
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
