Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license where applicable
- Ability to operate housekeeping and laundry equipment
- Knowledge of infection control, hazardous waste and disaster plans
- Ability to work 7:30 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 4:30 pm shift hours
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services or senior living environments preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid and current driver’s license where applicable
- Knowledge of infection control, hazardous waste and disaster plans
- Ability to operate and maintain housekeeping and laundry equipment
- Ability to work scheduled hours from 7:30 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 4:30 pm
Job Duties
- Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
- Making beds with clean linen
- Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
- High/low dusting
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Operating and maintaining housekeeping/laundry equipment
- Adhering to infection control and safety procedures
