Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical ability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping and lift/carry items up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport it to rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
