Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- completion of at least 2 years of high school education
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies is beneficial but not required
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
- dedication to excellent customer service
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and colleagues
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work atmosphere for team and guests
