Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to work without direct supervision
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
- help with laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
