Job Requirements
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the shift
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for guests and diverse team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide courteous and friendly service with a service plus one attitude
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for all team members and guests
