Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- able to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- valid driver’s license required
- ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and both first and second shifts
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform manual tasks such as bending, lifting, stooping, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follow all company policies and procedures, report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contribute to team goals
- always follow company policies and safety procedures
