Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • able to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license required
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and both first and second shifts
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to perform manual tasks such as bending, lifting, stooping, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to the rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • follow all company policies and procedures, report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contribute to team goals
  • always follow company policies and safety procedures
