Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school education

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Clean public areas and assist in laundry tasks as needed
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with service plus one attitude
- Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
