Job Requirements

  • No previous cleaning experience required
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
  • Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
  • Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school education

Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
  • Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
  • Clean public areas and assist in laundry tasks as needed
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with service plus one attitude
  • Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
