Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness standards
- Willingness to engage compassionately with senior residents
Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Ability to operate laundry and cleaning equipment safely
Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms
- Perform laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning duties
- Assist with stocking and organizing housekeeping supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality hospitality experience
