- previous custodial or janitorial experience, particularly in a medical or professional setting
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal practices
- experience operating commercial cleaning equipment
Job Duties
- Follow established cleaning procedures, schedules, and safety protocols
- perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, high dusting, floor care, and trash removal
- sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
- maintain organized and properly stocked cleaning supply and equipment storage areas
- safely and effectively use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
- operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work status or issues
- support a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times
- perform other related duties as assigned
