Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds throughout the workday
- flexible to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to standards
- inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- assist with laundry and cleaning public spaces as needed
- provide friendly and courteous service ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a service plus one attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
