Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Two years of high school education required
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shift

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies useful but not required
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify needed maintenance items
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experience with friendly and courteous service and a Service +1 attitude
- Support a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
