Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand during entire work shift
- Physical ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- Positive attitude and ability to strive in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with a dedication to outstanding guest service
- Previous housekeeping experience is useful but not required
Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- Assist in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
- Work Saturdays and Sundays as required due to hotel operational needs
