Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in on time for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to clock in and out for breaks as scheduled
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to handle stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective at listening, understanding, and resolving concerns
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Desire to serve guests
- Physical capability to perform tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Use guests' names to enhance welcome experience
- Work collectively to improve guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events within the hotel
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service and approved greeting
- Keep all areas front and back of house clean and organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces
- Complete pre-cleaning duties such as stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Conduct deep cleaning and additional projects as assigned
- Wear clean approved uniform and maintain professional grooming
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate willingness to stretch beyond traditional role
- Collaborate to create an effective and positive workplace environment
