Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- prior housekeeping experience in a health care setting preferred
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- excellent interpersonal skills
- willingness to work full-time day shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- commitment to upholding faith-based values and person-centered care
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- housekeeping experience in a health care setting desired
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- understanding of infection control procedures is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- adhere to federal, state, and local standards and regulations related to long-term care facilities
- ensure residents' living areas are cared for with a focus on creating a home-like atmosphere
- assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues
- cooperate with other departments to support overall community operations
- model person-centered care by prioritizing residents' comfort and dignity
- follow all health and safety protocols to ensure well-being of residents and staff
