Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during work
- availability to work weekends
- dedication to excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and positive environment for guests and teammates
- vacuum, change linens, clean bathrooms to meet hotel standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests with linens, towels, and amenities
- provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- help with laundry or public area cleaning when needed
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
