- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is advantageous
- Must be able to operate a golf cart or motor vehicle

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of community amenities
- Clean building interiors and leasing office areas
- Sanitize and organize common areas
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-ins
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet cleanliness standards
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management
