Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and stoop during daily job activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Flexibility to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify needed maintenance items
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with friendly and courteous service and a Service +1 attitude
- Support a positive work environment for all team members and guests
