Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
  • flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport it to rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • follow all company policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
  • interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contribute to team goals
  • always follow company policies and safety procedures
